Where can I purchase spermicide or foam? What else is recommended to use along with a condom? Something that I can get with out a prescrition.

At Scarleteen people tend to recommend not using spermicides, as they can cause vaginal irritation which actually increases the risk of STD transmission.

In addition, it's always a good idea to use water-based lubricant with condoms - it reduces the chances of breakage and makes things more comfortable and fun .
