When someone is in the act of having sex with a condom and their partner has ejectlated once already in the condom and then they continue to keep having sex, Can the semen slip out of the condom into the vigina? OR can a condom hold the semen in for the the man while he has multiple organisms?

Once a man has ejaculated once (which often happens with orgasm, but not always -- they are two different things), he needs to remove the old condom and put a new one on if he is going to continue sexual activity.
Condoms are designed to hold ejaculate and work for one ejaculation only.
