Well, I wouldn't exactly call it sexual litteracy, but it WAS too sexual for censors until about the '70s. Kinda late, considering the book was written a little after WWI.
What I found interesting about the book was that although parts of it were sexually graphic, the writing style of most of the book was very old-fashioned, which makes for a really interesting read.
Go to www.sparknotes.com and find it, if you're interested in learning more about it, and I'm certain there's a copy in most libraries.
