I love for my boyfriend to suck on my breasts, and tonight I think he sucked/bit my nipple a little too hard. It bled a little and looks like it might bruise. He fingered me too, and when I used the bathroom I saw that there was a teensy bit of blood there. We're virgins, but we have manual/oral sex. He doesn't do anything overly rough. Why am I so fragile? And how do I get my bruised nipple to heal quickly?

Honestly, a bruise is just what it is, and has to go away on its own. It'll take some time.

Per the fingering, were his nails trimmed, and were you using a good water-based lubricant? If not, you want to try both of those things. If so, then likely he was just being a little more rough than you thought.

And this morning I was bleeding heavily when I woke up. My period is due, but it's never this heavy. Did I break my hymen?

The hymen doesn't usually get broken all at once. It tends to wear away over time, due to menstruation, hormonal changes, general activity and other factors. That should be neither painful nor bloody.

Since you are due for your period, I don't see a reason to suspect that it may be something else. As Stephanie already pointed out, some spotting after vaginal entry is not unusual, and can be avoided if you use lots of lube, make sure your partner keeps his nails trimmed, and go slowly.
