So I took a one-time fluconazole pill on Tuesday that successfully cleared up my yeast infection (yay). I was warned that it can decrease the effectiveness of my birth control pill. I'm generally very good at taking my pill on time, and never miss them. How long should I wait before it would be safe to have sex sans condom?

Usually what's suggested is to give it a week past your last dose, but if you want to be extra-safe, you can wait until you're on your next pack of pills.
Just also be aware that you do want to be sure you're all the way clear of a yeast issue before ditching condoms, too, because otherwise you and your partner can wind up passing those back and forth. If you two had sex w/out condoms while you had the infection, ideally he'll want to make sure he doesn't have one himself.
