It could be that you've got some vasocongestion going on ("blue balls" - yep, women can get it too!). Basically, when you get aroused, a lot of blood moves into your genitals, which causes them to swell. Sometimes it takes awhile for that swelling to go down, and if you're not experiencing any pain, I'd say just wait it out.
