What is it, and what does it contain?
How do you know if it's pre-ejaculate or the real deal?
Would it impregnate a girl?

Pre-ejaculate is the fluid that leaks from the penis when a male is aroused. The only purpose it serves is to clear out the urinary tract before ejaculation.

Ejaculation is usually coupled with orgasm. Pre-ejaculate just leaks from the urinary opening, whereas ejaculation is more forceful.

The jury is out on whether or not pre-ejaculate can cause pregnant. We always treat genital exposure to pre-ejaculate as a risk, since it is impossible to tell whether or not it contains sperm.
