No, the colour of the blood when spotting does not indicate whether or not you might be pregnant.
That all said, if you're using birth control AND condoms properly, i don't see how you could think you might be pregnant. Your risk of pregnancy is about as low as you can get it, short of sterilization for either you or your partner or abstinence.
