if someone fingers you and they didn't wash their hands, could you get some type of infection / bacterial infection?

Yes. Yes you can. Hands touch all sorts of surfaces covered with bacteria, and perfroming manual sex without washing one's hands has just as much, if not more, risk of getting the recipient sick as putting unwashed hands in your mouth.

Yup. Bacterial Vaginosis. It's no fun! Make sure he/she either washes their hands with soap and water before contact or uses some type of barrier [gloves].
