So the other night, my bf and I were attempting to have sex. It was too painful so we stopped, and I started to queef. A LOT. And loudly.
Anyway, I know that queefs are a normal occurance when air gets pushed into the vagina... However, this is causing so much discomfort that I have no idea how to prevent it and quit being so self conscious of it, so that I can actually relax and enjoy myself.
Any advice? Thanks in advance...

Making sure you are fully aroused before engaging in intercourse can also reduce this problem.
