Can guys have multiple orgasms, or is it only possible for girls? Also, what is the precise definition...? Maybe I've never really understood it. Thanks!

Multiple orgasms are thought to come in two types: serial and sequential. One is more than one very separate orgasm, with the whole -- or close to it -- sexual response cycle strating again from start to finish, and the other is sort of like bumps on the same stretch of road: orgasms within an orgasm, if that makes sense.
Men and women alike can experience them, though with ejaculation per men, men will often still need a refrectory period if their penises are going to be involved. (Remember, though, that orgasms are whole body, so people can not only achieve them other ways than penis or clitoris -- such as, say, anal play for men, or vaginal play for women -- but also non-genitally, though that's much more rare.)
But really, the definition of multiple orgasms is just what it says: it's more than one orgasm in a given sexual experience. So, if you and yours are staying in for the night, and having some sort of sex for a couple hours, even with breaks in between, and you have more than one orgasm in that time, that's a multiple.
