Puberty progresses at different rates for folks depending upon a lot of factors (most of which are totally out of your control). If you're concerned, speak with your doctor. But there's no "one specific age" at which everybody starts ejaculating.

Perhaps this wasn't the question, but it is possible to orgasm (without ejaculating) prior to puberty, and it's pretty much the same thing with or without semen. But, more precisely on topic, you have nothing to be worried about. I think I was about 14 when I started ejaculating, but of course, that means just about nothing for you; everyone's different as KittenGoddess said...
