For a while now (maybe about 2 months or so!) I've been having strange symptoms that include:

Itchyness (mostly concentrated in one spot, the very top of the vulva, where the skin meets)
Discharge at the most random times.. and when it happens, theres enough to soak through my panties and sometimes I find it built up and stuck to my pubic hair
And tonight, a slight burning.

First thing I did was wash it with some shower gel. That made the burning a little worse.. but once I washed it off, it was going away a little.. then I applied some vagisil, and the little burning is still there, but its muffled...

I'm a virgin.

What I'm afraid of is telling my mother and bringing me to a doctor... because if it ends for some divine wind of chance that i have something like an std that you only get from sex, then what do I tell her? if it is like that, then she wont believe me if I told her that I was still a virgin...

>< any advice? or ideas on what I may have?

If you've never enaged in sexual activity, then it's incredibly unlikely you'relooking at any sort of STI.

There are infections you can get without being sexually active, however, such as a yeast infection.

What you're explaining sounds more like it might be a type of irritation around the skin, and not necessarily an infection, since the discharge you're explaining doesn't seem abnormal (discharge is a normal thing for women to get, sometimes none at all and other times enough to soak through your underwear, but as long as it does not smell foul and does not have a cottage-cheese like texture, it's fine).

DON'T try and wahs the area with shower gel or any other soap right now - the vuvla is a sensitive area, and so even mild soaps can add to irriation or put you at higher risk for infection.

I'd recmoned getting into a doctor asap so you can get this taken care of - most likely, your mom has had a yeast infection or something similar so it shouldn't be a big deal to her. Just be honest with her and the doctor and everything should hopefully be fine and you can get treated or figure out what's causing this.

Another thing I want to say about the discharge, it smells, but it's nothing like "Oh my gosh, what is that!?" it just seems a little straying away from normal, but it doesn't bother me much.

But .. when I was examining.. I found a piece of what looks like *dried* discharge.. it wasnt how you describe it.. it was like when deoderant breaks.. and its squishy, but slight pressure wouldnt break it. It was just a little piece of it and I had somehow got it off my skin. I had never seen anything like it, so that's what really started to freak me out.

If what you're noticing seems different from what you're used to, that's probably another good thing to mention to your doctor.

Nothing you're describing sends off any really serious flags, so don't panic too much, but just be sure to get into a doctor as soon as you can, since if it is an infection, they're incredibly easy to treat, but can have some dangerous consequences if you don't get them taken care of, alright?

what you described as being *dried* discharge probably is just that. i get it a lot, depending on what stage of my cycle i'm on. The times i have more discharge, it usually does dry in clumps, on my vulva and on my underwear. so i wouldn't be worried about it.
