My boyfriend told me that when you use a condom you dont feel anything is that true?? He says that he wont get anything out of it.

That is absolutely untrue.

A lot of men complain that there is decreased sensitivity when using condoms ... And there probably is, when you first start out. You need to experiment with different kinds of condoms and ensure you're using lots of lube (and a bit on the inside too).
