I'm not really sure where to post this, but I guess here is as good as any place...

Today I was chilling with my friends after school and we started talking about sex. My friends had a lot of questions about contraception and STDs and other stuff, and I felt really good that I was able to answer most of them, like what kinds of condoms to use, and stuff like that. Most of the information I was telling them I would not have known except for Scarleteen. I'd just like to thank Miz Scarlet, and all of the other staff and volunteers here, because in addition to helping me personally learn about sex, this site has enabled me to pass on important information to my friends as well. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Thanks for the thank you, and for passing the torch!

It's really our hope here that what you've described is what will happen with everyone: a user learns a few things, then continues to pass down accurate information to friends, and they in turn to their friends... and so on.

So, it's great to hear about when that happens!
