So my boyfriend (for 19 months) and I had sex for the first time..he waited for me to be ready and I was, and I did expect it to hurt. We used protection and everything, so don't worry :P but anyways my question is, we had troubles getting him inside me and I'm wondering if there's just away to slide him in wrong and that's what we were doing he went slow though so i wouldnt hurt that much..it was his first time too, so yea, and if so any suggestions on a better way to make it less painful?

1. lots of foreplay. if you think you've done enough, do more!
2. water-based lubricant plus latex condoms; condoms are very smooth, and the lube definitely helps a WHOLE LOT. do not skimp on water-based lube
