Specifically, what hurt? I hurt my first time too. It was a matter of finding a comfortable position.
However without more knowlwdge, I cannot advise you further.

If your partner wasn't seriously lubricated and/or you didn't put lube into the tip of the condom, or didn't have it on properly, it would have been entirely possible to experience pain or discomfort, especially with a foreskin, which usually increases sensitivity.

A non circumsized penis still has a foreskin attatched (which is basically exactly what the word means, skin that extends over the head of the penis and that can be pulled back). A circumsized penis has this foreskin removed. The intact forreskin usually adds sensitivity to the penis, as well as creating an extra sort of natural lubrication for it.

My boyfriend has that extra peice that pulls back. Sometimes when we mess around, he says that he cums out of no where from it being slightly hit or touched..
My friend also said that they tried to have sex but it kept pulling back and then he would cum and thats been a problem when she wants to have sex with him. it goes in so much but then it makes him cum when it pulls back too much. Is there anyway to go about that or fix it?? is it normal?

No one "comes out of no-where"-- I assume you mean that he ejaculates quickly when the area of the penis around the foreskin is stimulated. Everyone is different in terms of what turns them on and helps them orgasm; stimulation of the head of the penis, with or without a foreskin CAN be one of those things for penis-bearing folk.
