I have been dating someone for a few months. How do I tell him I'm a virgin? We are close to having sex and fool around. I also think that he wants me to give him head but I have never done anything with anyone so I dont know what to do. I feel bad, but I want him to feel good.

You need to be honest with him, not only for him but also for yourself. Tell him that you're a virgin and that you're never given oral sex. I'm sure he'll understand your concerns and fears (if he doesn't, he isn't worth it). Communication is key.

I think most people have been in your position (including me) so don't worry too much. It can be scary but just be honest with it so he understands that you're nervous about trying new things.
It's okay to be nervous but make sure that if you're not comfortable with doing something that you're honest about that as well and everything should be fine.
