My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost three years, we're safe and we're careful with both physical and emotional interaction. But this summer we both decided to take the BIG STEP and have sex for the first time (for both of us). However, it only lasted a minute long and was not enjoyable at all for me. I thought it would get better as we had more experience, but the same thing keeps happening over and over again. In short, our sexual experience doesn't last much longer than a minute and a half. My boyfriend is somewhat embarrassed afterwards and I would like to find a way for us to last longer during intercourse. Any suggestions?

For a young man, that's not actually very premature.

In fact, statistically, it will take most women longer to orgasm, period (from ANY sexual activity) than it will men.

That's why considering only intercourse to be the whole of a sexual session is a faulty approach. And considering a great many women don't orgasm from just intercourse period, even more so.

So, rather than focusing on extending intercourse, why not wor on incorporating more recpetive sexual activities for you into your sexual life/sessions?
