On the part of my clit that sticks out the most-near the vaginal opening-it is very very sensitive. It gets to the point where it is just plain painful when touched.0 My boyfriend can't even perform oral sex on me because he can only go over the clitoris, and around the vaginal opening. Nothing inbetween otherwise it is painful-normally either a shooting or just plain uncomfortable feeling happens there. Why am I so sensitive? Is any other females in the world like that? Also, my nipples are the same way, there is no way in the world he could lick them. That would hurt too. So what is going on, and could I possibly do anything to make them not so sensitive?

The clit is very very very senstive. It has heaps and heaps of nerve endings in it so don't be surprised at how senstive. I find that when my boyfriend touches my clit directly for too long it starts to hurt because it gets 'over senstive' (which can happen). It might also be that his finger/tongue gets too dry and if you are pretty dry around there too it is just gunna plain hurt! Try to use more lubricant or get your boyfriend to play around that area but not touch your clit directly. As for your nipples, it is normal for them to be senstive but as far as i know it shouldn't hurt if he tried to lick them? If you are extremely aroused, your nipples become very senstive and this might cause some pain but I am not sure. Someone else might be able to help you on that.
