O.K here is my question....My boyfriend has been fingering for the last two months. He never got really deep until the other day. When he pulled his finger out there was blood in it and running down my leg. There wasn't a ton. I wippped it away with tissue and that was it but it really freaked me out. Is it my hymen? I always thought it was really close to the opening. I would really like some answers this is one of thoese things you can't go to your parents about. Rabbit

It sounds like he probably scratched you inside. Yes, your hymen is near the opening, so if there was going to be any bloodshed from that it would have happened by now most likely.
Latex gloves are a great idea for manual sex because it protects you from sharp nails and also bacteria that could cause infection. It may sound odd at first, but it is actually a lot of fun.

I forgot to mention something. My boyfriend said it felt like there was a soft tissuey barrer. That if he pushed he could get through it but he didn't want to hurt me so he didn't try. Does that make a diffrence on what you said? Rabbit

That could have been your hymen, yes. Or he could have scratched you, but with the amount of blood you describe, he'd have to have pretty long fingernails for that to happen.
Again, the latex glove suggestion is right on.
(And I closed your other thread because you posted in here with your question. It's good to keep everythign in one thread.)

See how nicely your question fits into your old post. It wasn't necessary to start a whole new one.
I would suggest that what he felt were tight muscles, folds of skin and the likes. I suspect that you are asking because you are worried that your boyfriend might have 'popped you hymen', and if he did, then you wouldn't be a virgin anymore. That is not true, the state of your hymen has nothing to do with virginity. Some women are born without intact hymens, and over your life, it tends to stretch and pull apart anyways. Virginity really has nothing to do with the state of your hymen.
