My nipples have these little bumps on them, they are kind of white-ish/just a bit lighter then the nipple itself..
is this normal, or is there something wrong??

If you mean the bumps are on the areola (the part surrounding your nipple), those are probably just milk ducts. In that case, they're perfectly normal and you shouldn't try to do anything to make them go away.

Of course, it can't hurt to bring it up at your next doctor visit if it's worrying you at all

Like Tel'kella said, those could be milk ducts. They could also be hair follicles, or pimples, or goosebumps.

Generally, if you'ver got a bump on your areola, and it's not red, oozing, or hurting you in any way, it's probably fine.

Moreover, your milk ducts and hair follicles are supposed to be there.

If you have any pain or irritation, see a doc about it, but you sound like you're just fine from what you told us. ;]
