In order to try and better help our users for whom English is not their first language, we've just added a new field to user profiles for language.
You don't have to go back and fill it out if you don't want to, but you're welcome to if you like. If English is not your first language, we may be able to help you better if you put in what language is.

PS- I think this is a really good idea and was going to mention it in the "You, and what you can understand" thread. Some of the main site articles and answers can be a bit complex/ overwhelming, I think, for speakers of English as a second language.
