is there a way I could change my username? I want to refer my friend to this site but she knows the username I use, and I have had several posts about her. So...would that be possible?

If you want to change the name that appears on your messages, you can go to my profile, then edit profile, then Publicly Displayed Name. Have you tried this? Your username will remain the same, but the name that others see will be different.

Try changing your Public Display Name again (via the instructions BlueKoi suggested). Make sure you click the "Update Profile" button at the end of the page. Then try logging out and logging back into the boards. If that still doesn't work, shoot us an email via the Contact Us link.
