ummm latley my dad gotten "touchy" with me. he "acidently" toches my breast and says sorry like it was in acident.i dont know what to do!! help plz?

Have you told your mother about this? This is unacceptable behavior on his part and must stop immediately.
Since I do not know where you are, I cannot guide you to the child protection agencies.
