I do have anxiety, so I'm not 100% sure if this is my disorder talking or if I am being reasonable.
I gave my bf a b*j on Monday morning (it is currently Thursday) and got sperm on my fingers when he ejaculated (we were in his car and my clothes NEVER came off). Right after, I went to the nearest bathroom and washed my hands 3 times and hand sanitized twice. Obviously in the last 4 days, I've showered, washed my hands multiples times and all that. Well, today I decided to play with myself for the first time in months (I've been scared since my anxiety kicked in a few months ago to touch myself in fear that any left over sperm could have stayed alive underneath my nails after washing and hand sanitizing), so I played with my vagina wearing latex gloves so there was no direct contact between my vagina and hands. Do you think I was being safe enough from any risk?
