I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety over this.

I might have had a pregnancy risk, but I'm not sure when it occurred. I posted about this a few weeks back.

I *think* my last period was on the 4th, but I am not 100% sure.

I don't know if I'm on a 28 or 31 day cycle. What is typical? Today is the 1st and I have not gotten my period.

I realize that I could take a at-home pregnancy test but I'm afraid of it being inaccurate since I'm not sure when I am officially "late".

Should I go to the doctor instead to get a urine test? or a blood test?

I also have bloating and breast soreness. I may be imagining lower back pain.

Any expert help would be appreciated

I was looking through your posting history, and I'm not sure which post you're talking about per possibly having had a risk. However, a normal period is a 28 day cycle. So, if your period is normal and your last one was 28 days ago it would have started today. Given you're not quite sure, may want to just hold off a couple of days then if it still doesn't come go ahead and test.

Per the feelings and symptoms, it'd really be too early for them yet. The first sign you'd see is a missed period. Either way, pregnancy tests are accurate either after a period is missed or 2 weeks after sex, whichever comes first.
