About 2 months ago I had unprotected sex, in addition to not being on birth control. Now, I'm having symptoms such as nausea, abdominal weight gain, decrease in appetite, etc. About 2 weeks after the incident, I had spotting but I suspect it was implantation bleeding. That month I threw up a lot. It sounds odd, but now that I have this idea, I am really hoping that I am pregnant. I haven't taken a test but I am afraid that if I do it will be negative.
What are the chances I am pregnant?
What are some precautions/care that I should take while waiting to take a test?

You can really go ahead and take a test now, considering it has been two months. You can expect an accurate result at this point.

It's hard to say exactly your chances of being pregnant, but in either case, I strongly recommend seeing a doctor soon. If you are pregnant, you can get started with prenatal care, and if you aren't, it's *always* a good idea to get a physical before trying to get pregnant.
