i was wandering if i could be pregnant with most of the symptoms i am having but this bleeding thing is scaring me the internet says it could be a common thing called implantation bleeding but if i am pregnanti am already 4 weeks and i was just wandering what is going on and i need some fast answers and some questions i should ask the doctor i go to the doctor on wednesday

For starters, implantation bleeding is the exception, not the rule - it doesn't actually occur very often, and when it does is very light. It's possible that you were pregnant, but are having a very early miscarriage; it's really quite common for that to happen. Or, your period could just be late for some reason unrelated to pregnancy. There just isn't any way for us to know what is going on.

As for your doctor's appointment on Wednesday, there isn't really anything to ask aside from describing the situation. If the doctor needs any more information, he or she will ask. Until then, there's no need to panic. Keep an eye on the bleeding, and if it gets extremely heavy or you are experiencing severe cramps, then put a call in to your health care provider, but that really is all you can do.

yea but it was on;y heavy for a day and a night and now it is getting lighter
