ok so i was supposed to get my period on the 19th right, and everything felt like i was getting it like normal but i still havent gotten it.. i have been cramping up and everything too, but still no period.. i have been sick for the past few weeks so im wondering if its possible that me being sick could delay my period (i think it did that for a friend).. its also possible that im pregnant, but im just wondering about the sick thing..
sorry if i put this in the wrong section..

If you've had a pregnancy risk, then you need to take a pregnancy test (which you can do right away since your period is late). If you're pregnant, you need to know a.s.a.p.
If you get a negative result, then you can speculate about other factors like stress or illness that might delay your period. It's certainly possible, but if you've had a risk then pregnancy is the first thing to rule out.

i would take a pregnancy test, but i dont want to spend the money on it if im going to get my period tomorrow or tonight or something.. i understand the need to get one asap, but this has happened one or two times before where i buy the test and take it then get my period... i would go to the teen pregnancy place in town where i can get a test for free, but they are closed by the time i get off work and i cant go in the morning...

A pregnancy test at this point is well worth the money. You've had a risk, your period is late, you need to rule out pregnancy first. (And if you are pregnant, you need to know so you can make some very important decisions.)
A test is only about $10 - not that expensive, and well worth the information it will give you.
