I don't know if this is the right forum but if I take a pregnancy test while on birth control will I get an accurate answer? I dont think I'm pregnant I just have a habit of being paranoid so I want to test and find out. Thanks a bunch !

Yes, you will get an accurate answer; the only thing that can turn pregnancy tests positive is a hormone the body produces during pregnancy.
