I was wondering if a condom could break without the user noticing. My boyfriend always ties it off and makes sure there aren't any little holes that anything is leaking out of, but is it possible that the condom could break and we wouldn't know about it? Do condoms ever just NOT work...I know the bottom of the condom should be held when pulling out and such but how likely is it that something would leak out during intercourse. Thank you for your help

Condom breakage is usually catastrophic to the condom. When they break, which is uncommon to non-existant when used correctly (see A Simple Condom Primer) there will be a major tear or shredding, not very small holes in the condom.
