how soon after you have intercourse can a home preganncy test tell you if u r pregnant or not, i thought u had to wait untill you miss a period, but someone on this site said 10 days after you have sex. which is correct? also what is the earliest you can get an abortion?

Your question has just been answered where you just asked it: in your other thread. Please do not repost your questions - they will be answered at the original site in time.

As far as abortion is concerned - it can be performed as soon as pregnancy is confirmed. In fact, the sooner the better, as after the first trimester (3 months) the procedure becomes more complicated and risky.

Both are correct...you can take a test 10 days after the incident, or after your first missed period.

According to Go Ask Alice
