Both Aaron and I got sick the other day, he's doing a lot better but i still feel like crap - does anyone know if there's anything I can take besides tylenol?

I've got this whole stuffy head thing goin' on and it's NOT fun

Ack, I've just been sick and I know it's not fun.

Something you could try for a stuffy head is making a small camomile bath- not in the immersing your body sense, but put some camomile and some hot water in a large bowl, and place a towel over your head, so it makes a little tent. I remember my aunt did that for me when I was in Holland a few years ago, and it really helped.

A simple saline nose spray (such as Little Noses) should help you with your stuffiness, and it's completely safe.

According to BabyCenter, some OTC medications are safe to use while breastfeeding, but it is very important to call a doctor or nurse to make sure.

According to Breastfeeding.com (which is a pretty neat site, i'd say), Antihistimines and decongestants are usually safe.
