For a while now I have had these two (especially on my right side) places that I thought were pimples or sores from sitting too much (although I am a very active person) but as I researched more I am very worried that it could be herpes... They are right on my seat bones and at the moment it can be uncomfortable to even sit down. They seem to "flare" up when I am getting close to my period. My last ex boyfriend and I would only get as far as making out nothing more and I know that there is a risk even for that. I wouldn't know if he had it, he didn't say anything.. I provided a picture below, this is on my right side. The photo isn't graphic at all.

This is starting to stress me out, I would love some advice on this, thank you!

I edited out the photo in your post per our guidelines, but even without the photo I can tell you that it's very likely NOT herpes. Herpes sores appear, stick around for a while, then heal up and they're gone. An outbreak doesn't just pop up anywhere on the body, either: it's a pretty specific virus as far as that goes, so having sores anywhere other than your mouth or genitals would be very unusual.
I would suggest having a healthcare provider look into this, though. It may be that you have some other type of skin infection or sensitivity, and a healthcare provider can look at the area closely and get you the appropriate treatment.
