This afternoon I went to the bathroom and noticed some blood in my underwear. Now this was very confusing because I felt no discomfort throughout the morning and I have no injuries down there. I am not on my period and im not expecting it for another 2 weeks, I have no signs of it either. I'm also not sexually active in any way. So why did this blood come out from my vagina? ..I scheduled a gyno appointment this evening after this happened but i'd just like someones input on this.. thank you in advance!

Sounds like you are having some spotting. Happens from time to time, often for no obvious reason.
