Hello! So recently I've been trying to make the shift away from pads and tampons and over to things a little more body friendly and/or eco-friendly. I recently used softcups for a couple of months...but they gave me a yeast infection! My doctor advised me to not use any sort of product like softcup because I guess I'm really sensitive. So...I'm back to tampons and pads.
I was just wondering if anybody knew of any sort of more natural, eco/body-friendly kinds of pads or tampons? If you wouldn't mind sharing, that'd be great! Thanks!

Or, if you are handy with a needle and thread, you can make your own re-usable pads, there are plenty of free patterns out there and they are easy to make. It's cheaper, and you can pick the colours and designs (and size and thickness). If you look around in the bulk bins in fabric shops you can sometimes find super cheap organic cotton!

I definitely recommend the reusable cloth pads; my mother used them my entire life growing up and they're super comfy and so much more ecofriendly than almost anything else.
