Just today I noticed I have what might be a boil on my mons pubis. I don't shave or wax down there, have never had sex and haven't done anything out of the ordinary recently. It doesn't hurt or itch, or feel any different than normal whatsoever, but it's about the size of a pencil eraser and it looks like it should hurt. It isn't bleeding and it definitely isn't a pimple; or at least isn't anything like any pimple I've ever seen before. It almost looks like a scab before it scabs over... but again, it doesn't hurt and I just noticed it like half an hour ago. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
Thanks.

If it's not painful or itchy or raw looking, and you haven't been at all sexually active, it's very likely nothing at all to worry about. It'll probably go away if you just leave it.

However, if those things change -- like, it gets bigger, painful, etc. -- then it makes sense to see a doctor about it.

it looks kind of raw, but it hasn't changed and still doesn't hurt. How could I have gotten it?

It could be a reaction to something like laundry detergent, a small scrape you didn't notice at the time you got it, any number of things. Just keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go away in a few days, or gets worse in any way, then you'll want to check in with a doctor about it.
