I have blonde hair so facial hair has never been a problem in the past. However, recently, I've noticed that with these weird fluctuations in my period (I've only had three periods in the past six months), my upper lip hair has gotten a little darker.
????
Why
And is bleaching a safe option?

Hair growth can be influenced by hormones, so it may be connected to your irregular periods. Have you had a doctor check into the cause of your periods suddenly becoming irregular?
As for bleaching, if that's what you choose to do, it's fine.
