It seems as though all my fat goes to my stomach. I am physically active, doing martial arts twice a week and have P.E. every other day when school is in. My thighs, calves, and upper arms are all muscle. My stomach though, is all FAT. I don't consider myself fat, I'd just like my stomach to be more toned. With the way they make jeans today, my stomach bulges over them. I'm 13, 5'4, and weigh 110 pounds. I'd like some tips on how to get my stomach toned. I'm not looking to lose weight, I'd just like my stomach to look better. I'm proud of my legs, but I'd like to be proud of my stomach as well. Is there anything besides eating better and doing crunches, that I could do?????

Appearance issues like this simply aren't what we do.
We CAN talk with you about how to accept your body for the shape that it has, and talk through why this is bothering you so much, but what we don't do is discuss how people can lose weight or change what a given part of their body looks like like this, okay?
