okay so i dont know what they are but they look like little white bumps inside the lips of the vagina and one time i squeezed one and a bit of white came out kind of like a pimple...they dont bother me i just dont really like them and is there anything i can do to get rid/prevent whatever they are fom happening?

Where are these lesions located exactly ? Are they on your mons, your outer labia or inner labia ?

sketchyskittles -- I'd recommend you skip online speculation and head in to be seen by a doctor. That's good practice not only because no one on the Internet can be sure what you're describing, but especially because you recently posted about a sexual assault, and getting seen and checked for infections is pretty vital self-care after the fact.
