Okay, not smallpox per se, but weird nonetheless. CDC reports a woman had a small eruptions of lesions on her genitals following sex with a new partner.
Turns out the guy was a soldier who was recently vaccinated against smallpox. There have been cases of close contacts of recently-vaccinated people displaying "minor" symptoms. Read the article for more info. It's just weird.
