I go away camping tonight, but im to scared to go. I started my with drawel bleed yesterday an i wasn't so bad, ive been on the pill now for 3 months, an last month's bleed was fine. But today i feel like ive wasted my time going on the tablets. Im back to my usual routine. 3 pads to bed, and as soon as i wake up i have to run to the toilet an sorry i know this is a bit un pleasent but i have clots an everything come out in the morning and if i dont run to the loo im scared ill flood everywhere.
Now camping tonight an tomorrow night thats 2 mornings, an im scared that the tent will be far away from the toilets so when i wake up, i wont make it to the toilet in time. Im also scared i wont take enough towels with me an ill leak everywhere.
Can anyone give me any advice? Would it be wise to cancel the trip? Or can anyone give me any advice on how to be able to make it to the toilet in time without anyone noticing and having a accident.

Hmm...if a product like a Diva Cup is an option for you, I would probably recommend that first. Though if you're leaving very soon, that may be difficult to obtain before you leave. Diva Cups are great because they don't have the toxic shock risk, so you can sleep with it in and not have to worry about leaking everywhere.
In terms of your concern about leaking in the morning, try not to panic too much. At worst, your pants will catch anything that makes it past your pads and undies...it's just incredibly unlikely that blood would actually come flooding out of the bottom of your pants. Do you have like some exercies shorts or spandex shorts that you could wear under your sleep pants? That might help hold your pads in place and help contain anything that tried to escape. Also, trying to be calm and walk slowly on your way to the bathroom will probably help as well...if you've just been laying down, then the fluid tends to pool and then follow gravity when you get up. If you're running or rushing, then it may get squeezed down even more, thus flowing faster...so if you can stay calm and in control, that would be good.

Thanks for that information. Im a bit weary about a Diva Cup. What are they like? i went camping an because i requested ner a toilet he moved us further across field which i was sad an upset about. The toilets had really bad facillities had nothing to put my sanitry towels in so i wrapped them up an had to put them in a normal bin.

You can also do a site search for "menstrual cups" and turn up a lot of threads. You may want to look at the Mooncup site (UK equivalent of a DivaCup) as well: http://www.mooncup.co.uk/
