Anyway the problem is sweat! Yeah we all get it but Im extreme, no matter how much deoderant I put on, how little excersise or movement I do, I always seem to sweat. Alot.
It really anoys me cause I can never wear t shirts for long as its not very attractive. I feel self concious about doing sport or such. Is there a problem here or am I just sweaty?!
Any help would be grand x

You're human, and humans tend to be sweaty - it's a healthy part of the body's normal function, and no problem, really.
It seems to be sweat week, here at Scarleteen, as well! We've had a couple sweat-related topics recently, which I think Heather gave wonderful responses to:

You and I have the same problem. I use to sweat under my arm pits a lot. After spending nearly a hundred dollars on different deodorants, I found no solution whatsoever. As embarassing as it was, I decided to head to the doctor for some medical advice. Sure enough, they gave me this bottle of Aluminum Chloride, or, Hexahydrate. It's a liquid roll-on bottle deal and you apply it to your armpits twice to three times a week (never too much because if you do it every single night, your armpits will feel like they are on FIRE. Even after the first night of using this liquid, you sweat no more! Which is kind of weird if it's incredibly hot outside and your entire body is sweating except for your armpits. It's a perscription drug and I have been sweat-free for a few years now. Hope this helps.

I went through the same thing!! While under stress from dealing with both a breakup and with graduating from high school, I started sweating a ton under my arms; no matter what I used and no matter what I said to my doctor, it persisted; I stopped wearing T-shirts completely and I stayed that way for an entire year.
I found that Mitchum Smart Stick for Women, which I've been using for about seven months, completely dried up my sweating. I don't know why, but it worked!

There's no need to stop sweating; it's natural, it's a detoxifier, and more than anything, a cosmetic concern, which we don't really dig around here. If anybody's concerned, they should see their doctor; otherwise, there really is nothing to freak about.
For the record, I've had a very terrible problem with sweating and odor for years and tried every antiperspirant/deodorant available. Most of my lighter shirts were on the verge of being ruined from smelly yellow stains that when they WOULD wash out, would recur.
Now, imagine my insane surprise when, as a last-ditch effort to keep myself from stinking to high heaven, I tried an all-natural deodorant salt stick and laundered the hell out of the underarms of my shirts to see what happened. Surprise of surprises; my shirts were wetter at the end of the day, but NO stains and NO odor! It turns out, the high metal content in antiperspirants can react with the skin to create stubborn stains, and can actually make odor worse when you DO sweat because it's so concentrated and gunked up from being trapped.
Soo.. for many reasons, I'm rather uncomfortable with antiperspirants or "drying up sweat" being toted as a solution, since not only are many people finding they make the situation worse, there are several potential health risks to putting heavy metals under your arms every day -- this crystal thingy I bought doesn't come with an endorsement sticker from breast cancer treatment centers for no reason.
