Anyone know how to stay in shape even though you are loaded with your studies ? Simple activities I can do at home ? I mean last year, I was going to school by feet which meant I was walking for about 90 minutes each day. Plus, I was going to the school gym at least once a week.

But now, I still wanna stay in shape but I'm no more walking to get to school. It's really too far. And I'm not going to the gym anymore and still don't intend to go because that doesn't keep me motivated at all.

So any ideas of working out I can do at home ? I don't think push-ups are enough to keep your shape. What do you think ?

Get up and go for walks in the morning for some CR work; that will help burn some calories too, depending on how fast you walk. Lots of core work (ab/oblique/trunk) plus some strength training like pushups will keep your body toned.

Incorporate more activity into your day. Or pick up a physical hobby that you can do a couple times a week, like swimming or martial arts.

Oh my, martial arts. I am taking a karate course this semester (one hour of credit!), and good god, that's a workout. Not sure if that's really feasible at home, though.
