Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on lessening the symptoms of PMS? Man, mine are getting to me something awful.

My boobs get so incredibly sore that I have to hold them as I walk downstairs and I can't hug anyone, and my emotions go completely haywire. The week before my period is when I absolutely lose my mind and start assuming that I'm pregnant and that my life is over or that I'm going to die.

And my skin gets bad.

Any of you get like this?

Help me! *weeps PMS-y tears of womanly sadness*
