i was hugging my girlfriend the other day and i think i hugged her to hard because almost everytime i hug her she tells me that her breasts hunt. she said there a little more sensitive now. I didnt mean to hug her so hard i just like hugging her and someeimes forget how hard i am doing it. Why would they be so sensitive? Sorry if that didnt make much sense

Wow, I thought I was the only girl in the world with that problem. But they don't hurt when everyone hugs me, just some people, not that some are squeezing harder than others. They definitely hurt all the time, not just when I'm on my period. And I'm 20. My boobs haven't grown at all in the past 3 years, I haven't even gained any weight in that much time. I don't really know what it is. Something I've noticed, though, is that it matters WHERE you are hugging her. Like, my boy is taller than me and I always reach up and hug him around his neck, and he used to hug right around where my boobs are, and sometimes he would pick me up. It was fun and I love it, but OUCH! So we talked, and now he hugs me a little lower or higher, and it usually doesn't hurt much at all, unless he miss-aims Good luck!

when i was on the birth control pill, my breasts were a lot more tender. perhaps that could be the problem (if she's also on the pill)?

It is true that during various points of a woman's cycle, hormones (particularly estrogen) can cause the breasts to become swollen and tender. So if she says OW, well just go easy
