Ive had Eczema now for about 1year. It started of not to bad, mainly on my stomach. But gets severe when im stressed (appears on my legs, elbows and lower back) it weeps and is red an flakey.
Now ive been to doctors an had many of blood tests on the matter. I have 3 different types of creams incl: Betnovate, Fubief and E45. I also have 2 oils and one bath solution, which the doctors gave me.
It doesnt seem to be shifting it. Im sick of going back an forth to the doctors, so does anyome have any home solutions that might help me?

I use E45 cream on my eczema, and it works really well, particularly on my stomach anfd palms of my hands, which come up through stress.

Though not at all a medical solution, I've heard many eczema sufferers use Lush's Dream Cream to great success.

Edited to add UK site.
