ever since i can remember i've had spots covering my nipples. little red ones. they're not very flattering and when i use baby oil, it gives me a rash. please help me.

Well, regarding the baby oil...if there's something that gives you a rash, don't use it. There are plenty of other moisturizers that you can use that you won't have a reaction to. So just get yourself a gentle moisturizer and throw out the baby oil.
When you say spots, do you mean that you actually have spots on your nipples themselves, or on the surrounding area?
