For the last day or so ive noticed that i am really wet 'down there' it doesnt feel like discharge, and its like totaly clear but at some point there was what i thought might be blood in it. It stained my underware aswell and kinda went hard :S. It is sometimes really sticky and stringy almost like hair gel. Is this a problem or not?

It sounds pretty normal to me. Remember that your discharge changes throughout your cycle, and this is normal.
